FREE Film Screening: The Plastic Country
Join Ballina Shire Council for a free community screening of The Plastic Country, a powerful Australian documentary exploring the impact of plastic pollution on our environment, wildlife and human health.
Following filmmaker and ocean advocate Kal Glanznig across Australia, the film brings together scientists, Traditional Owners, wildlife carers and community advocates to uncover the scale of Australia’s plastic problem and the solutions helping create change.
The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with the filmmaker, local ocean advocates and community changemakers.
