In the last 12 months I have used the Lennox Community Centre for various events. I have found the facility great for the events I have held for many reasons. One is the space and the location of the Centre but the other is the extremely professional and supportive staff. I believe I have had success with such events as: Pig Races Community Fundraiser, Mental Health Matters Forum, Mental Health First Aid Courses and also working off the back of the recent "Beach Sounds" event because of the ability to work closely in preparation with the Centre staff.

I also work for the Lennox Hotel in booking entertainment and with the hotel being of limited capacity it hasn't allowed us to be able to hold certain events. It also hasn't allowed us to be able to put events on for under 18's due to licensing. With the area being such a strong arts and music area it has been great to see the events being held at LHCC. From under 18/all ages concerts to the art shows and comedians.

It's also been nice from a customers point of view to be able to see quality entertainment in my home town. It's been nice to be able to go see a show or exhibition in town and have easy access to getting back home. We see some great acts and events in Byron and even in Ballina but as locals of Lennox we can be restricted in the ability to go to these shows if we wanted to have a glass of wine or two.

I really am excited to see what more the LHCC will continue to deliver for the town of Lennox.

I personally really enjoyed the venue, hospitality and the smooth operation from the staff. I know I can speak on behalf of Damien [Leith] and the band that we all had a great time and felt very comfortable. I did mention that I will be recommending the Park Lane Theatre to Harbour [Agency] and other artists as a very good option on the North Coast. I look forward to returning and hopefully next time we get to spend some time in Lennox Head

We were very impressed with the facility. It was very clean and tidy and very well organised. I’m sure we’ll be using it again! Thank you for all your help. Yourself and the other staff members are very helpful! We look forward to working with you in the future.

I would like to put out a enormous THANK YOU to Lennox Head Community Centre for all the support of my recent theatre production "Night Letters". The entire process was an absolute pleasure, such a extremely high level of professionalism combined with a wonderfully calm, kind and efficient crew. I highly recommend the performance space and it was brilliant to have the additional support of the Centre staff for ticketing, marketing and all the logistics involved to perform the production.

We have worked alongside the team at the Lennox Head Cultural & Community Centre for two years now, with a third festival planned for early 2017. It has been an absolute delight to work with the team, they have been very patient as we have made changes to our program and requirements as well as basically being on call to us for any questions, tours of the venue and sharing their suggestions on hosting a successful event. For this reason, we keep coming back to this venue year after year, in appreciation of the positive relationships we have built with the venue and the amazing staff.

I personally was very grateful for the team's palpable support- true of all of you- , and particularly for Monique's marketing experience and suggestions. John also found the team great to work with. The projector and sound system are excellent. The stage area and green room worked very well for our actors. The meeting rooms were fine for serving and the workshops. The layout is good between courtyard and hall.

The Lions Club of Lennox Head would like to sincerely thank Ballina Shire Council for its support of the Games and Trivia Evening, which was held recently at the Lennox Head Cultural and Community Centre. Staff member Sara Hayes could not have been more helpful. She has an excellent manner with would be hirers of the facility, is extremely patient with them, knows her job backwards and gives of herself over and above the call of duty. Sara deserves your highest commendation. The Lions Club would also like to thank council for the 2013-2014 grant made to Lions. The balance of that grant was used for hire of the facility for the evening. This enabled us to hold a very successful fund raising event bringing in $2,560 profit which is going to local charities. The profit is being equally divided between the Stingrays Netball Team and the games winners Rainbow Dragons Abreast.
