All three of the function rooms at the Ballina Surf Club can be hired. Please see below maximum capacities for each space. The maximum number of tables and chairs available for the three spaces combined is:

How to Book
- Choose your space
- Review the hire fees, terms and conditions
- Arrange a site visit (if applicable)
- Complete the online booking request
- Our staff will contact you within two business days of receiving your booking request to confirm availability and to complete your booking.
Payment Options
Once a completed booking form is received, you will be emailed an invoice for your booking. Payment terms are 14 days. Regular hirers may elect to pay monthly.
