Located on the upper floor of the Ballina Surf Club, the Gawandii room can accommodate between 41 to 150 people, depending on the layout you choose.

Functions must cease by midnight, with an allowance for cleaning and pack down until 1 am.

How to Book
- Choose your space
- Review the costs and terms and conditions
- Arrange a site visit (if applicable)
- Complete the online booking request (this is not a guarantee of time and date as we will need to check availability)
- Our staff will contact you within two business days of receiving your booking request to confirm availability and provide you with a booking form, risk assessment and information about public liability insurance.
Payment Options
Once a completed booking form is received by staff, you will be emailed an invoice for your booking. Payment terms are 14 days. Regular hirers may elect to pay monthly.
